Fyda Freightliner Helping TKO Logistics Upgrade with New Truck Fleet

New Freightliner Cascadia trucks put TKO in the forefront of trucking technology in the Chicago area.

Columbus OH, October 1, 2021: Fyda Freightliner Columbus is partnering with TKO Logistics, Inc.

to provide them with a new fleet of Cascadia trucks. It was important to TKO to upgrade with

state-of-the-art technology to modernize their fleet and provide their drivers with the safest

technology on the road – something Fyda Freightliner could provide.

About six months ago, Fyda’s Sales Representative B.A. Riley began working with Ryan Brown from

TKO on designing a new specification for sleeper trucks and daycabs that would foster safety and

efficiency. Stemming from Detroit’s proprietary technology, TKO’s new specs will include Detroit

Assurance 5.0 (active braking), Detroit Lane Keep Assist and Detroit Side Guard Assist. With these

upgrades, TKO will have one of the most comprehensive safety systems in the Midwest.

With more than one dozen daycabs and sleeper trucks set to deliver in the next few months, this is

just the beginning of the fleet upgrade and partnership between these two companies.

Riley agrees. “It has been exciting to work with the TKO Logistics team to help create a new fleet of trucks that meets their needs and enables them to

focus on safety and reliability.  We value their partnership and look forward to building trucks for

their fleets that evolve with their needs well into the future.”
